Relationships, Jewelry and Business!

First up today was Dr. Bruce Fredenburg, our Southern California family therapist!

Bruce helps families get through the insurance maze and attorneys to help families who are going through divorce, which can be a very very tough time in a family's lives.

He really enjoys working with couples who have fallen of love and uses the 5 to 1 rule. If the positive ratio falls below 5/1, be it in a marriage, business, or any other relationship, that relationship is in trouble!!!

Dr. Bruce mentioned that good tips for him are teens and businesses. Both teens and business can acquire a lot of stress! He also said to watch for contempt in a relationship. That's another great tip!

Fees run $200 a session, and yes he does work with your insurance!

Last up was Steve Fink our Southern California business attorney and current president!

Just like Bruce, Steve also discussed relationships, but he was more focused on the business relationships.

Steve mentioned making sure your business relationships are laid out in contract! Even oral contracts are just as valid as written ones, but with that said, running a business means having a lot to think about. so the chances of forgetting a verbal or oral agreement is very likely and can prove to be very unfortunate. This is why Steve says although oral agreements are valid, you will have more leverage and backing when presenting a written agreement or contract.

Also mentioned was the importance of partnerships and how important they can be in a business. Don't partner with anyone unless you have an attorney read your paperwork. It's always best to protect yourself and those who you decide to partner with.

Steve's passion is helping people protect themselves and their business without all the hassles that can come with maintaining your companies well-being.
