Orange County Chiropractic Care, Title Representative & Commerical Insurance Specialists

Another beautiful day in Orange County and yet another beautiful meeting with Orange County LeTip chapter.

First up we had Seth Kamlet with Unique Risk Management Insurance Services, LLC.  Seth is not only our prized Ethics chairman at OC LeTip, but is also our resident Orange County personal & commercial insurance specialist.

He brings us good news today...insurance is low!  BUT its not for long.  Workers comp is presented to go up next year.  Sigh. Pre-plan and let Seth help you before the 'hard market' comes to the insurance industry.

So, how should you shop for an Orange County commercial insurance broker?

1.  Interview a few.  Not all are alike and prices can vary considerably.
2.  Look for a clean contract from a company that has intellectual capital.
3.  Look for someone who reviews your policies regularly. (Mid year is best.)

Think you may know of any controllers, contractors, accountants or restaurant owners that may need Seth's help?  Tip away in the comments below or Seth is also available by the following avenues:

Next up was our LeTip mentor and Orange County title representative, Mike Langgle with Western Resources Title.

Congrats mike on your engagement last week!  Be sure to check out The Name change Kit for your fiance.  It saves HOURS of work changing her last name. ;)

Mike reminded us that Orange County title insurance is a commodity.  Most companies get you the same product.  So then why use Western Resources Title?  Because he doesn't use the customer service team from his company!  He hand selects team members to develop the best customer service team imaginable. This means less of your time and more more of their resources! Also, Mike's title team has the latest in technology and they know how Realtors can benefit form that and make more money.

Fun fact: Mike Langgle has a resource to find anyone in Orange County who is late on their payment and those are leads for Realtors.  He shares secrets and data, so refer your Orange County real estate and mortgage friends!!!!

Last, but certainly not least, we have Orange County chiropractor / miracle worker, TJ Van Dusen with Gateway Rehab & Wellness Center.

TJ shares some myths about chiropractors with us...

  1. They only treat the spine.  Not true!  They help golfers elbow, weight loss, and even Cal Coast Web Deigns very own Angela Collins' shoulder!  The treated ailments are nearly endless.  If something feels off, they can probably help :)
  2. Kids don't need adjustments.  Chiropractic is preventative maintenance, teach kids early by introducing them to an Orange County children chiropractic specialist!
  3. Its not for seniors.  No way, Gateway Rehab & Wellness Center has gentle techniques for all ages.
  4. You have to go forever.  Not true!  Think of chiropractic care like your orthodontist.  It takes time to straighten teeth and time to fix your spine, BUT, you don't have to go forever.  You'll want to though, and Gateway works with several insurance companies too!
  5. Chiropractors aren't real doctors.  TJ passed out a MDs vs DCs sheet and chiropractors have just as many school obligations as doctors.  Check www.drgrisanti.com/mddc.htm for more information.
If your in need of some wellness from a Mission Viejo or Orange County chiropractor contact Gateway Rehab & Wellness Center with one of the following options:

Phone: 949-454-8811
Cell: 949-632-5012
Fax: 949-454-8833

Until next time, happy tipping!

  1. Chances are that if you are looking for chiropractic care, then are in some pain. Many people will visit a chiropractor after a vehicle accident, sports injury, or in some cases simply sleeping wrong. Whatever the reason, the process of trying to find a chiropractor can be a somewhat daunting task for someone who has never visited one before.

  2. As a veteran Chiropractic Patient, I would like to add that newbies to Chiropractic Care need to consider the a few additional service variables prior to selecting the right Practitioner to work with:

    1) Do they offer Spinal Decompression? This is an effective practice technique not used by standard Chiros, the use of this technique can classify the leve of experise a Chirpracter has.

    2) Do they offer complete care? You want to work with someone that offers rehabilitative services for muscle and spinal injuries as well as therapeutic massage and post adjustment transition i.e. hot/cold pack, muscle stim,Health Education, Hollistics, etc.

    3) Try an initial visit and determine if you like the adjustment technique of that Chiropracter. If you are drawn to a group of Practitioners, such as Gateway Rehab and Wellness, you have the option to work with at least 3 different Chiropracters.

I highly recommend Gateway Rehab and Wellness, they truly offer a complete Chiropractic package. They have excellent massage therapists and great adjustments!
