The latest Orange County LeTip meeting was atypical in that we had just one speaker as opposed to our usual three. With the extra time allotted to just the one speaker this person was given the opportunity to delve further into his business as well as provide those in attendance with more detailed tips than usual. This was a welcome change as the topic of the day was Orange County real estate, and the real estate market in general.
The speaker was Zen Ziejewski who is generally considered the expert in all things Orange County real estate. Zen currently works out of the Prudential office located just off PCH in Laguna Niguel and has been practicing real estate for over 25 years. Zen's long term experience as well as his being a USC graduate had us all looking forward to his tips and information.

Many people are cautious in this economy and prefer to rent instead of buying so investment properties can be bought and turned into a rental very easily which is highly profitable for the owner.
