It's an exciting day at LeTip! Today we had a "speak off" for the cosmetics/skin care category.
I'm not going to blog the speak off, but I will say we had Marla Hester with Mary Kay, up against Dr. Jasmine Mason with Arbonne. Tough choice.... I love products from BOTH companies :)

Chris works in the Orange County area now, based in Mission Viejo and his clients love him because he's on time and he'll do 7am appointments before you have to leave for work. That kind of eliminates hassle of having to take the day off from work because the plumber will be there between 8am and 5pm... Sound familiar?

A Residential Painter, A Handyman & Title Rep Walk Into A Bar...
First up today we had Bob from IM Painting, Inc, our residential painter.

Title insurance, in a nutshell, is a policy on you. It shows your IRS liens and even child support obligations when you decide to refinance. This is so the bank knows who you really are.
Title Insurance is also needed for every property, just in case are contractor or tax liens.
In general, it doesn't matter who does your title. But, your Realtor or lender better have a good relationship with their Title rep, because when it's time to call a favor in, you'll want them to be on the up-and-up with the Title rep. Oh NO! A new law was passed title reps can spend 0 dollars on expense accounts! Thanks Arnold!!!
