Our next speaker was Angie Weeks with Cal Coast our internet marketing specialist. Angie talked about how important online reviews are becoming and gave an easy to follow action plan to encourage more from your clients:

1. Talk about reviews during your sales cycle and how important they are.
2. Remind clients at closing that you would love their feedback online.
3. Send an email within 48 hours of close specifically asking for reviews. Be sure to include links! The easier reviews are to give, the more you'll have!
4. Follow up by phone the next week to either thank for the review or request it again. People are busy and they need reminders!
