First up today we had Bob from
IM Painting, Inc, our residential painter.
IM Painting has 20 employees, so there are plenty of professionals to paint your house!
Bob explained to us how painting usually falls into 3 categories:

- Speciality painting (structures, architecture, etc)

Next up we had Mike Langgle of
Western Resources Title, the best Title rep in Orange County!
Title insurance, in a nutshell, is a policy on you. It shows your IRS liens and even child support obligations when you decide to refinance. This is so the bank knows who you really are.
Title Insurance is also needed for every property, just in case are contractor or tax liens.
In general, it doesn't matter who does your title. But, your Realtor or lender better have a good relationship with their Title rep, because when it's time to call a favor in, you'll want them to be on the up-and-up with the Title rep. Oh NO! A new law was passed title reps can spend 0 dollars on expense accounts! Thanks Arnold!!!
