ReplyDeleteSometimes a loan can't be modified, the situation is beyond repair. If this is the case, and your client wants to avoid foreclosure, a short sale may be advisable. For those reading this that don't know what a short sale is, that's when an investor like me can negotiate with the bank to accept less than what is owed.
