Our next speaker was Dr. Victor Rafa, our chiropractor. With all the
recent rains, he discussed accidents and what they do to your spine.
He was very informative, explaining that usually you are in shock right after an accident, so you won't feel the pain until the second or third day afterward.
In fact, there are findings that accidents less than 12 miles an hour cause
brain stem injuries 50 percent of the time. That's a very minor
accident, and it can cause major issues.
He made it clear that it's best to go see a chiropractor immediately.
Dr Rafa recommended to check your insurance. It was suggested that Med Pay is the cheapest insurance you can buy. Also make sure you have uninsured motorist coverage. Try to have
100/300.
Also, Aflac!! They pay up immediately and you won't be at the
insurance company's mercy.

Our last speaker was Colonel Dhinsa, our holistic health specialist.
Colonel has alternative methods that work for people who have been
