the right clauses to protect your interests? Beware if you don't have
clear expectations in writing! Call Steve anytime you have big
decisions to make! It's important for you to have everything written out beforehand. In case a question or disagreement ever comes up, any deal should have a contract clearly stating all parties' places in that agreement.Also, its important to have an agreement with your business partners, in writing. Have an exit strategy. Plan for hardships. Write it up! Also, write up contracts with your clients. Its easy to reach an agreement before the relationship starts, but its not easy to work something up when you have not.
